  1. Client to provide a CoPeck Report and Nozzle Test print for assessment
  2. CoPeck assessment to be achieved by a RolandCare advisor
  3. Cartridge bay must not have been modified to incorporate bulk ink feed systems
  4. Client to purchase a set of Roland Ink to achieve conversion, Ink must be on site before the engineer’s visit
  5. Lightbar machines are excluded from this offer
  6. The machine must be able to power up and achieve a test print
